Fees and Rebates
NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a nationwide funding program. We provide services to NDIS participants whose funds are self-managed or plan managed. To determine if your child is eligible for NDIS please visit their website:
If you applying for a NDIS funding, we can support you by providing a forecast report where necessary.
MEDICARE
Your child might qualify for a Medicare rebate when receiving Speech Pathology services. To claim the rebate, you will need to obtain a CDM plan from your GP or Paediatrician. It consists of a maximum rebate of $60.34 per session for five sessions per calendar year.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
With private health extras coverage, you have the option to seek a rebate for Speech Pathology assessments and therapy sessions. For more information around your coverage level, please speak directly to your health fund provider and quote the following item numbers:

FEE SCHEDULE
Hourly Rate: $193.99
Initial Consultation
● Typical duration: 1.5 hours via Telehealth.
Assessments
● Typical Duration: 1–2 hours
● One off Assessments: Please contact us to discuss your child's individual circumstances.
Assessment Report
● Charged at an hourly rate
● Typical duration: 1–2.5 hours
● NDIS Reports: Typically require 2 hours.
Therapy Sessions
● Duration: 1 hour (45 minutes face-to-face or via telehealth, 15 minutes planning and documentation)
Travel
● Charged by time

● Therapy sessions held in your home or in the community
● School or childcare observations
